Our Objective

When we realised more than 20 million tons of e-waste are produced every year worldwide and that Americans alone generate more than 3,4 million tons of the toxic waste, we knew we had to do something.

To address this critical problem, we can either recycle more, which is polluting and only saves about 40 per cent of the electronics, or we can address the problem at its source: make our devices last longer, much longer.

Hubox was then created; it is a simple box made out of recycled plastic that adds a ton of features to your existing speakers such as Airplay, Wifi streaming, Spotify Connect, integration in a multi-room setup or even bluetooth functionality.

Hubox was founded in 2019 by Hippolyte Lapierre, student at the Lycée International of Saint-Germain-En-Laye
